Popular nearby restaurants include Baxter's Lakeside Grille, Dog Days Bar & Grill, Redhead Lakeside Grill, Shorty Pants Lounge, JB Hook's, and Tucker's Shuckers. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy courses including The Oaks, The Cove Golf Course at The Lodge of Four Seasons, and Bear Creek Valley Golf Club. - Wood burning fireplaces are for decorative purposes only and are not available for guest use.
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
- This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
- The property is accessed via narrow roadways. Please use caution when passing other vehicles and while navigating the area. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
