The attached deck includes outdoor dining, grilling space, and additional seating overlooking the lake. With easy water access and a no-wake cove, the outdoor setup is perfect for families and groups looking to stay outside all vacation long.

Inside, enjoy inviting lakeview living spaces designed for gathering and relaxing between lake adventures. Large windows throughout the living room, kitchen, and sunroom keep the lakefront setting front and center while bringing in natural light across the home. The spacious sleeping layout provides flexibility for multiple families, couples, and groups traveling together. The lower-level king suite includes an ensuite bathroom, lake views, and additional dresser storage, while the bunk room offers a fun setup for kids and younger guests. Families can spend the day at Big Surf Waterpark, Sugar Creek Mini Golf, Miner Mike’s, or Lake Escape rooms, while boaters can explore waterfront bars, coves, and marinas throughout the central lake area.

- This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
- Parking is available for approximately 5 vehicles plus boat trailer parking
- The dock does not include an open boat slip, but boats may tie off alongside the dock
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
- This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

"The floor plan was great, everything was comfortable, plenty of games and blankets/pillows! The bed descriptions were confusing and we had to get a video showing how the 2 king beds folded out since they looked like single beds. After that it was great! Very friendly hosts and we were excited to be the first guests ❤️
