Welcome to The Bluffs at Peninsula Point, a premier vacation destination in Gravois Mills at the 43 mile marker of the Osage Arm. This massive estate is designed to host up to 6 families comfortably. Highlights include an indoor slide, private movie theater, expansive living spaces, a gourmet kitchen, and a master suite with a sauna. Outdoors, enjoy a spacious pool, private dock with slip, all the lake toys you can imagine, stunning lake views, and easy access to local water activities. The owners built this property to allow multiple families the ability to come together - Perfect for making lasting memories!

Great Space and Accommodations for Sleep, Dining, Gathering, and Enjoyment
- Room for the Whole Crew: 1 King Primary Suite + a Rollaway, a Double Queen Room, a King & Queen room, 2 Double King Rooms, and a Bunk Room with 2 Queens and 6 Fulls, each with walk-in closets and large bathrooms, plus additional sleeps in the living room and theater!
- Private boat dock for your lake enjoyment, including slips to bring your own boat or store your rental! Slips available include a 14x38 or a 12x34ft slip, both without lifts.
- Lake toys, including a swim platform, wet steps, swim mat, 4 kayaks, and 2 paddle boards.
- Family-Fun Activated: An indoor slide takes you from the movie theater down to the laundry room, an 18x32 ft pool with 270* views and water park features, and a beautiful pavilion area - ready for a splashing good time!
- Entertainment Galore: Large game room overlooking the water with a wet bar, pool table, ping pong table, and tons of games. Plus, enjoy your favorite flick in the private movie theater!
- Gourmet Kitchen: Equipped with commercial-grade refrigerators, large table settings, and modern amenities for meals.
- Beautiful Sunsets: All windows face west for amazing lake views throughout the entire home!
- Outdoor Relaxation: Unwind at the end of the day on the screened porch or in the hot tub overlooking the lake or enjoy a spirited game of cornhole near the firepit and pavilion.

- Bring the Fur Babies: Three built-in climate-controlled kennels for up to 6 furry friends (2 in each. Pets must be kenneled indoors.)

Other Things to Note:
- We supply propane for the grills
- Wood is not provided for the fire pit
- This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD, however, roads may ice over and become difficult in winter.

For Your Safety and Peace of Mind:
- A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access
- Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards
- Smart lock systems for timed guest access, ensuring your safety and convenience
- An interior communication panel for Z Wave connection with locks and video doorbell, without video/audio monitoring inside
- Unmonitored cameras are present surrounding the exterior for liability purposes.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines:
- Pets will enjoy a "luxury stay" in one of the three built-in climate-controlled kennels for up to 6 furry friends (2 in each. Pets must be kenneled indoors.)
- An additional pet fee per night per pet may be required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after, depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on a leash at all times while outdoors, and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated/kenneled when left alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Pets are not allowed indoors except within the kennel area.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Public transport is not available at Lake of the Ozarks. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. Uber/Lyft are also available in some areas but are not as prevalent as in most cities. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. "My whole extended family had one of the best vacations here at the bluffs. This house checks all the boxes for every age and every interest. I loved how the commercial kitchen was set up for cooking and just hanging out. There was so much to do between the pool ,the fire pit, the dock, movie theater and the slide , we didn’t go anywhere else. Would highly recommend this place and intend to return every year.

"Our group had an amazing stay at The Bluffs at Peninsula Point. The home is spacious, beautifully designed, and has everything you could possibly need for a memorable getaway. The lake views are absolutely incredible, especially at sunset. We spent hours enjoying the pool, hot tub, game room, movie theater, dock, and outdoor gathering spaces. The property was spotless, well-stocked, and exactly as advertised. Every detail seemed thoughtfully planned to create a first-class guest experience. While this trip wasn’t a golf trip, our group couldn’t stop talking about how perfect this property would be for an annual guys’ getaway. Between the spacious accommodations, entertainment options, beautiful lake setting, and plenty of room for everyone to gather, it’s easy to see ourselves coming back with the guys in the future. Highly recommend!

"Our stay at The Bluffs at Peninsula Point exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking lake views, stunning sunsets, and the sheer size and beauty of the home. This property is perfectly designed for large families and groups. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, each with large bathrooms and walk-in closets. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out while still having plenty of spaces to gather together. The amenities are truly unmatched. The pool was a huge hit with both kids and adults, and the hot tub overlooking the lake was the perfect place to relax in the evenings. The private dock, kayaks, paddleboards, swim mat, and lake access provided endless entertainment during the day. Inside, the game room and movie theater kept everyone entertained, and the indoor slide was an unexpected favorite that had everyone smiling. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and made cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable. We also appreciated the outdoor grilling area, pavilion, fire pit, and screened porch, which gave us multiple places to enjoy the beautiful setting. One of the most special moments of our trip was witnessing a beautiful marriage proposal overlooking the lake at sunset. With the golden sky reflecting on the water and the incredible views surrounding us, it felt like something out of a movie. It was the perfect setting for such a memorable occasion and made an already amazing weekend even more unforgettable. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and stocked with thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, and it was clear that the owners wanted guests to have an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for the perfect Lake of the Ozarks getaway for a large family gathering, reunion, celebration, or group vacation, look no further. Tons of fun for the kids

"Our kids had a great time at this rental. They had a fantastic time in the pool, which included a shallower area for the younger kids and two splash pad features. They also loved the hot tub. While they were in the pool we had an incredible view of the lake both for sunset and sunrise while also being able to stay close and watch them. The view is the best one I've seen so far at any LOZ rentals. Sunset was unreal off the cliff. Kids also loved the ping pong table, movie room, and the indoor slides (!!) that they couldn't get enough of. So much for them to do and they did not want to leave. Wish we had stayed longer.
