Enjoy big lake views, 6 bedrooms, each with Queen or King sized beds, and 3 of which are ensuites, 5.5 baths, two living areas, a lower-level game room, huge deck, firepits, a grill, ample parking, a private dock, 2 boat slips, swim platform, kayak, and easy access to the lake's best dining, golf, shopping, live music, and Bagnell Dam strip!

Lakefront Outdoor Living, Dock Days & Fireside Nights
This home was made for lake days, with a huge deck spanning the full width of the back of the house and multiple outdoor seating zones for dining, lounging, and taking in the view. Guests can head down to the private dock with swim platform, swim ladder, dock seating, floaties, fishing poles/tackle, 1 kayak, and kids’ life vests. Boaters will appreciate the two 10x24 slips plus side-tie availability on the swim deck side. In the evenings, gather at the wood-burning fire pit or grill dinner outside after a full day on the water.

Inside, The Lodge at Sparkling Water delivers the space large groups need without feeling crowded. The main and lower living areas are bright, spacious, and comfortable, with tall windows, lake views, plush seating, and easy flow between levels. The kitchen and lower kitchenette make meals, snacks, and drinks convenient throughout the day, while the lower-level game room keeps the energy going with ping pong, cornhole, tic tac toe, and Connect Four. With 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and multiple ensuites, guests have plenty of room to spread out and reset between lake adventures.

Located in Sunrise Beach at the 11 MM, The Lodge at Sparkling Water puts guests in a strong central position for enjoying both the quieter west side of the lake and the high-energy Lake Ozark/Osage Beach attractions. Nearby Sunrise Beach favorites include Franky & Louie’s Beachfront Bar & Grill at the 10 MM, Paradise Waterfront Restaurant & Bar, Captain Ron’s, ShrimpDaddy’s, Don Chilillos, Lake House 13, and other casual lake-area dining options.

By land, guests are within a convenient drive of the Bagnell Dam Strip, one of the area’s classic destinations for dining, shopping, arcades, nightlife, lake views, and family-friendly entertainment. The home is also a quick drive to Lake Ozark and less than 20 minutes from Osage Beach, putting guests close to larger grocery options, outlet-style shopping areas, marinas, boat rentals, golf, live music, and seasonal events.

Golfers can explore nearby lake-area courses, including options around Lake Ozark, Osage Beach, and the Margaritaville area, which features The Oaks Golf Course along with resort dining, marina access, bowling, arcade fun, spa services, and an indoor water park. For bigger nights out, live music, tiki bars, lakefront restaurants, and seasonal events are available throughout the area, including Captain Ron’s, the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, and Lake Ozark.

- No pets are allowed at this property.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
