REQUIREMENTS As a Cleaning Technician, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our vacation rentals are spotless and welcoming for every guest. We offer both day shift and evening shift options, as well as a weekend-only position for those seeking a flexible schedule. All positions require participation in a weekend rotation of at least two weekends per month, unless the schedule allows otherwise. Your responsibilities will include departure cleans to reset and restock the home before the next guest arrives, as well as mid-stay cleanings at the request of our guests—always maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Additionally, periodic deep cleans will be scheduled to ensure every surface shines, reflecting our commitment to providing 5-star stays. These are seasonal positions starting between March and May and ending in August or September. REQUIREMENTS A day in the life of a Laundry Technician at LakeDays Rentals is not just about doing laundry; it's about playing an important role in delivering a comfortable and memorable vacation experience to our guests. This seasonal position runs from April/May through August/September, with multiple shifts available, including evening (2 PM – 10 PM) and overnight (10 PM – 6 AM). As our Laundry Technician, you’ll ensure that all linens, towels, and other laundry items are clean and ready for our guests' use. Your duties will include sorting, washing, drying, and folding laundry and performing stain removal as needed. You may also organize linen packs to be delivered back to our homes for our Housekeepers and Inspectors. While some may see laundry as a mundane task, at LakeDays Rentals, we understand that the little things make a big difference. A well-cleaned towel or crisply folded sheet can elevate a guest's stay from good to great. Your work will directly impact guest satisfaction and contribute to our continued success.
