Located at the 16MM in Sunrise Beach, Aqua Vie is near top-tier attractions. Drive your golf cart to Porto Cima Golf Club or explore lakeside dining and bars like Captain Ron’s, Dog Days, and The Cave. Head to the Bagnell Dam Strip for shopping, arcades, and nightlife. Enjoy seasonal events, waterfront concerts, and unforgettable lake views all year long.

Other Things to Note:
- We supply propane for the grill
- Firewood is not provided for the chiminea
- This property does not permit loud, disruptive parties but welcomes all types of gatherings including bachelor/bachelorette events
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends
- All roads are paved and easily navigable

- A video/audio doorbell at the entry for secure access
- Decibel measuring devices are installed both indoors and outdoors to maintain noise control standards

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. Perfect house for a large family getaway

"This house was perfect for our large family. There's a ton of different seating areas inside and out which was perfect for our group. The views of the main channel were awesome, it was so much fun watching the boats and jet skis go by. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but only about 5 min to Bagnell Dam so there was plenty to do. Pamela and her team were great to work with.
