Designed for large gatherings, this home features a private dock with lily pad and 2 kayaks, expansive multi-level decks with dining and grilling areas, and a large bunk room for group stays. With multiple living spaces and a fully equipped kitchen, it’s ideal for lake trips centered around fun and connection.

Positioned at the 3MM of the Grand Glaize Arm in Osage Beach, this home places you in one of the most active and sought-after areas on the lake. By water, you’re just minutes from the State Park / Public Beach 2 (PB2), Party Cove; and tons of great lakefront entertainment stops, making it easy to enjoy one of the lake’s most well-known gathering spots. You’re also in close proximity to the Lake of the Ozarks Shootout events, along with quick access to popular waterfront destinations like Dog Days, Redhead Lakeside Grill, and Backwater Jacks for dining, drinks, and live music. By land, enjoy nearby shopping within 10 minutes at the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace, golf courses, and Margaritaville Resort for additional entertainment.

Other Things to Note:
- We supply propane for the grill
- Wood burning fireplaces are not available for guest use
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
- This property does permit gatherings including bachelor and bachelorette parties with responsible and respectful behavior.
- This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate. Driveway is steep, please use caution and set parking brake!

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Stunning retreat with unforgettable nature

"This was the perfect place for my family. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. You always o somewhere with hopeful expectations and they were met and then some. Pictures are worth a 1000 words, and I bet 2000 words for this house. IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! What you see in the photos is only a glimpse of what you get. We spent a lot of time on the back deck and in the screened in area. The tree tops were almost at arms reach and the birds were plentiful. The birds sang their little hearts out and displayed their best show. Something that we all loved but were not expecting. We had seen several foxes in the neighborhood and a few ducks down at the lake. The place was very quiet and secluded. The dock sits in the back of the cove and we only seen 1 or 2 smaller boats. The water wasn't super deep, Maybe 4 foot at the end of the dock. But still a good time for the kids to chance the cooler water and swim a bit. Like I said before, 110% would recommend staying here.
