Set on protected cove water, this spacious getaway brings the serious lakeside fun with a private dock featuring a swim platform, ample seating, dock shower, and an amazing dock bar kitchenette, for endless days by the water. Inside, you'll find lake-view bedrooms, two living areas, a screened porch, large lower deck, and room to gather and enjoy both inside and out.

- Sleep Spaces include: 1 King, 3 Queens, and 1 Twin over full bunk with a twin trundle, and twin bed, plus a sofa sleeper for extra sleep space!

- Ample outdoor enjoyment, featuring a screened porch on the upper level, and large deck on the bottom level with seating, fireplace (lower level), and propane grill for meals cooked at home.

Outdoor Lake Life at Bulldog Lake House
Outdoor living is a standout at Bulldog Lake House, with an upstairs screened-in porch, a large downstairs deck, and TVs in both outdoor areas. Guests can spread out across multiple seating zones, including a screened porch table with six chairs, a downstairs table with eight chairs, lounge chairs on the dock, lower deck seating, and a seating area by the grill. The private dock sits on protected cove water and includes a swim platform, dock steps, dock seating, dock shower, dock bar / kitchenette, and dock grill. After lake time, the outdoor hot tub (coming soon) adds an easy way to relax and enjoy the setting.

Comfortable Indoor Spaces with Lake Views
Inside, Bulldog Lake House offers two living spaces, lake-view bedrooms, and plenty of room to gather. The kitchen and dining areas are set up for easy meals with island seating for 3 and dining table seating for 9, plus helpful extras like a Keurig, traditional coffee pot, blender, air fryer, second refrigerator, and mini fridge. Guests also have a small office space with a chair, in-home washer and dryer, Rokus on all TVs, and internet streaming available. Sleeping spaces include lake-view master suites upstairs and downstairs, plus additional downstairs bedrooms for flexible group stays.

Bulldog Lake House is located in Lake Ozark at the 2MM, putting you close to some of the most popular dining, shopping, entertainment, golf, and nightlife on Lake of the Ozarks. The Bagnell Dam Strip is nearby and is a classic Lake Ozark destination for restaurants, bars, boutiques, candy shops, ice cream, arcades, lake-area events, and walkable entertainment. The City of Lake Ozark highlights the Strip as a family activity area with dining and entertainment options, while Visit Bagnell Dam features restaurants, bars, shops, arcades, and lake activities along the historic strip.

For dining and nightlife, enjoy Lake Ozark favorites along Bagnell Dam Boulevard, including options such as Tucker’s Shuckers, Marty Byrde’s, Casablanca, Lucky’s, Neon Taco, Brick House Gastropub, Alley Cats, and other restaurants and bars listed throughout the Strip area. - The property has a standard propane grill and a second propane grill on the dock
- The interior fireplace is for decorative purposes only
- The property has parking for 6 vehicles comfortably, and/or trailers. The garage is not available for guest use.
- This property has a paved driveway; however, the driveway is steep. In winter, roads and driveways may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
- A boat slip is expected to become available at some point, but the existing boat lift must be removed. Please confirm availability before relying on a slip for your stay.
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
- This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines
- Please note: This property allows up to 2 dogs. Cats are not permitted due to allergies.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
