- Sleeping Spaces: A primary king bedroom, 2 queen guest rooms, and a bunk room with a twin over full bed offers comfortable accommodations with smart TVs throughout. Extra sleep spaces include a futon, and a twin pull out sofa chair in the bunk room.
- Interior Gathering Areas: Open-concept living space with a wall of windows facing the lake, dining table for 8, additional seating for 4 at the counter, fully equipped kitchen (air fryer, crockpot, blender, waffle iron & more), in-home washer & dryer, books, movies, and video games.
- Deck & Lake Views: Partially covered deck overlooking the main channel with outdoor seating and dining space positioned for panoramic water views.
- Dock & Lake Fun: Private dock featuring a 10x26 boat slip and double PWC slip, swim platform, swim mat, kayak, swim ladder, floaties, fishing poles, fish cleaning station, and a dockside grill with bar area and seating.
- Nearby Area Attractions: Located in Sunrise Beach near Captain Ron’s, Franky & Louie’s, The Fish & Company, Old Kinderhook Golf Course, Ha Ha Tonka State Park, Bridal Cave, and seasonal waterfront entertainment.

The 39 mile marker places you in one of the lake’s most desirable boating corridors. By water, you’re minutes from Captain Ron’s Bar & Grill, Franky & Louie’s, and The Fish & Company for waterfront dining and live music. By land, Camdenton offers golf at Old Kinderhook, boutique shopping, and year-round events.
Explore Ha Ha Tonka State Park’s trails and castle ruins, tour Bridal Cave, or enjoy seasonal festivals and entertainment throughout the Sunrise Beach and Camdenton areas. The central lake location makes it easy to explore both the quieter coves and the more active main channel destinations.

- Wood-burning fireplaces are for decorative purposes only
- This property does not permit loud parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
- This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. Warm family lake escape

"We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property at Lake of the Ozarks! It was the perfect place to spend quality time with our family, parents, and kids. The home was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and had everything we needed to relax and make special memories together. We especially want to thank the host for accommodating us last minute after our previous reservation got canceled unexpectedly. Your kindness and quick support truly meant so much to us and made our trip stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing family getaway at the lake. We would absolutely love to come back again!
