Located in Osage Beach at the 21MM, you’re in one of the most sought-after areas of Lake of the Ozarks. By water or land, you’re close to popular destinations like Redhead Lakeside Grill, Shorty Pants, and Dog Days. Enjoy shopping at the Osage Beach Outlet Marketplace, live music and nightlife at nearby venues, and easy access to golf courses including Bear Creek Valley Golf Club. This central location makes it easy to experience the best of the lake, from dining and boating to entertainment and events.

Other Things to Note:
- This condo unit is on a lower level (1 level down from parking) and does not have an elevator
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
- This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
