Inside, Hopetown Hideaway offers a welcoming and practical layout with comfortable furnishings and multiple sleeping options. With two full bathrooms and well-planned sleeping arrangements, the home works well for couples, families, or groups. The fireplace is decorative only and not available for guest use.

Things to Do Nearby – Osage Beach at the 26MM
Located in one of the most desirable areas of Lake of the Ozarks, Hopetown Hideaway is near Margaritaville Resort, the Jolly Mon Indoor Water Park, and some of the lake’s best dining and entertainment. Enjoy nearby restaurants, live music venues, outlet shopping, championship golf courses, and family attractions. Osage Beach offers a central hub for lake activities, nightlife, and year-round events just minutes from the property. If you're looking to venture out on the water, rent a boat with a captain to charter your crew, or contact your host for boat parking options if you'd like to bring your own!

- This property has a charcoal grill. Guests are responsible for providing charcoal
- Wood-burning fireplace is not available for guest use
- This property has paved road access and does not require 4WD. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate
- A garage is available for guest use and is ideal for motorcycle parking
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends
- This property permits bachelor and bachelorette parties; gatherings must remain responsible and respectful

Pet-Friendly Property Guidelines
- Pet fee of $20 per night per pet is required. This will be added with the booking or shortly after depending on where you are booking through.
- Pets must be on a leash when outside and pets cannot be left unattended outside
- Pets must be crated/kenneled when left in the home alone
- Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of
- Owner shall provide and utilize a “cover” (i.e. blanket/quilt) should the pet get onto furniture
- Excessive hair on furniture or bedding and/or not managing pet waste can result in additional fines

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Location Activities:
Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. "Our stay was perfect. The house was immaculate and welcoming. The place was convenient to get around and beautiful views(lake, animals life, peaceful community) to enjoy my daily jog.
