Lake It Easy is located at Monarch Cove in Lake Ozark at the 2MM, near Horseshoe Bend and less than 10 minutes from Lake Ozark, Osage Beach, and the historic Bagnell Dam Strip. Guests are close to Bagnell Dam attractions, waterfront dining, shopping, boat rentals, marinas, golf, and nightlife. Nearby options include The Ridge Golf Course, the Bagnell Dam Strip, Backwater Jacks, Dock Knocker's, The Office Pub, Lil Rizzo's, BoatHouse, and more waterfront restaurants, and entertainment venues around Lake Ozark and Osage Beach.

- This condo unit is on the 1st floor and is 2 flights below the parking level
- The building does have an elevator
- Parking is available for 2 vehicles, and parking passes are required
- Propane is provided for the propane grill
- This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
