Amazing lakefront home intentionally designed for large groups and families. With several areas to gather and amenities for all ages, you'll find everything you need for an amazing lake vacation! The cabana is great for a quiet morning coffee and offers sunset views for evening drinks. The guests enjoying the bunk room have access to a kitchenette, full bath, video games, darts, foosball, game tables, and so much more. The main house offers two levels of decks with amazing sunset and cove views beyond the windowed living areas. The main level patio has a lakeview hot tub and shaded seating. Venture out to the dock to enjoy kayaks, a high dive, swimming in calm cove waters, or enjoy your boat with access to two boat slips! At the end of the day, everyone will want to gather around the natural stone setting of the fire pit with cove water views. It's a perfect ending to your day!

Getting There
Lake of the Ozarks is less than three hours from Kansas City and St. Louis. The travel is primarily interstate and highway with some rural highways and local lake roads. This destination is less than 1/2 day drive from Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, and Illinois. The closest international airport is KCI - Kansas City. Regional airports can be found in Columbia and Springfield.

"Very comfortable property! Driveway is steep, but you can pull down into garage and unload. Tons of places to hang out privately or with groups. The grandchildren loved the bunkhouse! Large kitchen, well supplied with any dish or gadget you my need.

"My family and I stayed here this past June for a weekend getaway, and we had the best time! The house is absolutely gorgeous…much of it has been beautifully renovated and updated, and everything was clean & cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed! The dock was perfect for my six-year-old son and nephew, who fished there every day. They caught around 50 fish and had the time of their lives! The cove is wonderfully private, so you don’t get a lot of boats passing by with big wakes, which made it even more relaxing. One of the coolest features of the property is the bunkhouse. It’s filled with old-school video games and lined with bunkbeds, creating such a fun, cozy, foresty camp feel for the kids….they absolutely loved it!! We can’t wait to book again. This place was awesome, def recommend.

"This property was perfect for our two families that stayed for a week. The boat doc was convienient location to restaurants and for water recreation. The kids could fish and swim right from the doc. The bunk house was great for the boys and video gaming at night. There was a perfect amount of space for all of us to fit comfortably and could have easily fit one more family. We will be going back and staying at one of these properties again for sure as the communication was key to the stay!

"Location could not have been more perfect. The house is settled into a lake cul de sac, so to speak, which gives you a beautiful lake front property with ample entertainment options. Adventurous? Take the kayaks out or go swimming off the dock. Want to relax? Hang out and enjoy the rises and sets on the patio with a cup of coffee; warm up in the hot tub; roast s'mores over a fire pit. Need more entertainment? They have you covered with arcade games and foosball in the bunkhouse. Or you can grab one of the many board games throughout the property and settle in at any of the ample sitting areas for some friendly rivalry. Or take it out to the boathouse where they have CRISP AC, a wet bar, and more lounge furniture for your group. Honestly, this property has whatever you need regardless of age or what your idea of fun is! The house is gorgeous and is set up perfectly to provide ample sleeping while also granting you some privacy. The bunkhouse is the only spot that could use a little tlc. To preface, this is a modified garage to game room and bunkhouse, so obviously it is not going to be as "grand" as the house. It had everything we needed to keep us occupied and gave us more beds to spread out a bit more. However, the toilet tank would not fill, so it took forever to be able to flush. The furniture and beds were also a little worse for wear. But I don't hold that against them, as this is clearly the "go be dumb out here and leave the pretty stuff alone" space. Smart.

"We rented this beautiful home for an extended weekend in May with four couples. We had an incredible time! The home was so spacious and had so much room for all of us. The bunkhouse and the boathouse were both wonderful bonuses! When the weather wasn’t so great, we spent our time playing the games in the bunkhouse. We rented a pontoon right across the cove, which was super convenient and worked out very well for our group. We tried to use all of the extras in this rental, including the hot tub, the fire pit, and fishing off the large dock. There was so much to do just in this home alone that we did not have to go out much and they had all the amenities that we . We would definitely recommend and rent again!

"This property was absolutely perfect for our family Christmas right down to the decorated Christmas tree in the family room which was big enough for all of us to be in the same space for gift exchanging, games and meals. The bunk house and boat house were great additional spaces which allowed the younger crowd to stay up later. This is by far the best appointed VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Everything we could have wanted was there. The additional refrigerators and stove were extremely helpful and the ice maker was a huge bonus. This is also the only property we’ve ever been comfortable using the hot tub. Exceptionally well maintained & clean. We appreciated being able to use the garage as the driveway is quite steep and would have been difficult for our parents to traverse. I can’t see us ever choosing another property when we visit the Ozarks.

"overall everything was great except the hot tub that didn't seem to be properly maintained and got broken. Thanks to the host they fixed it the next day on New Year's day! At check-in the code to enter the house didn't work so I had to call them to get the system reset. Also, we couldn't find the electric kettle. With all things considered, I'd recommend the host! "Every year 17 of us rent a lake house for our annual Friendsgiving weekend. This property was great for our growing group, the bunkhouse and boathouse were great for the kids and teens and the main house was great for the adults. The double washer and dryer was convenient and many kitchen staples were available to help with meal prep. The hot tub was a great addition as well as lots of games and fishing poles were available too. We enjoyed our stay!

"It was a great spot for my bachelorette, we had plenty of room and loved all the amenities. The only down side was the bunk house air conditioning. There was only one unit and it didn't seem to be enough to keep the temperature down. The boat house lock was also a little tricky to get the key in and out of the lock. Overall great stay though.

"What a unique property!! The main house is very spacious and great for entertaining. The bunkhouse is perfect for kids and teens. It's a great place for them to unwind and play games after being in the water all day. The boathouse was cool to have an evening drink and play cards by the fire pit. The docks were fun with a place for our pontoon boat and a place to swim and fish. The location is a nice twenty minute drive to the main town. I would definitely recommend this house for a family or big group of friends. Big bonus was a nice ice machine in the garage!!

"The main house has all the modern accommodations needed for a cozy stay. Our larger group was able to take full advantage of the extra sleeping arrangements with the "Bunk House" and "Boat House" directly adjacent to the main living quarters. With the house nestled into a peaceful cove, we took full advantage of the dock and its swimming accessories to enjoy our own private lake day next to the boat slips. We look forward to staying here again when we come back!

"We came to the ozarks on a group trip and were planning on going out and doing things throughout our stay but we found ourselves wanting to stay at the house. There was so much to do: kayaks, hot tubs, fishing, fire pit, game room, and more. Pamela was great, she responded in timely manners. "We loved our stay in this beautiful lakefront home. So much to do at this sprawling estate from arcade games, foosball, enjoying the beach front, firepit, and relaxing on the dock. "We just wrapped up our stay and I can't recommend this place enough! The house was perfect for our large group, with plenty of spaces to gather or enjoy some quiet time. The amenities were top-notch—our days were packed with fun from the game room to the lake. Pam was an incredible host; her attention to detail and kind assistance made our stay seamless and super enjoyable. "We were a group of 11 adults and 2 teenagers. We had ample space for everyone. The cabana was a nice place to congregate in the afternoons and it was also used late night by some. The hot tub was a hit. We also enjoyed the firepit for a hot dog, marshmallow roast. We did appreciate the many amenities that were supplied. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Also appreciated the easy communication with host. We would book again.

"What a wonderful place! We wished we had more time. We had such great weather and spent our time in the hot tub, relaxing, and catching up. We didn’t get a chance to hangout in the boat house or bonfire. The instructions provided by Pam were very handy. Everything we needed was stocked- toilet paper, dish soap, trash bags, shampoo. We didn’t realize there were lots of steep hills all around. Definitely helped with all the eating we did! 😆 The Airbnb looks just like the photos. Can’t wait to visit the Ozarks again.

"We loved the amount of space with lake access and plenty of amenities. The house was a little musky and humid. A dehumidifier in the bedrooms would have been a nice addition. Otherwise, we had a great time and Pamela was very responsive which was much appreciated.

""This property was the perfect vacation home for our large family’s long weekend getaway. The main house is beautiful, with all the comforts of home and then some. The beds were all very comfortable, even the bunk beds in the bunkhouse! Our children enjoyed walking along the water collecting seashells in the mornings then roasting marshmallows over a bonfire and playing arcade games together in the bunkhouse in the evenings. One of our favorite amenities was probably the hot tub. Day or night, the weather was just right for relaxing in the hot tub and soaking up the view."

"This place was so awesome! So much space, we had 2 moms and 7 teens. The big open floor plan, view of lake, location to Alhonna and a gas dock, other restaurants... I could go on and on. The kids had plenty of space, the game room/bunk house was awesome for the larger kids or stay up a little later and play games. The house was clean, it had extra refrigerators, extra linens, etc.

"The property is as described in the listing. Very spacious inside and out. Bunkhouse with game room was awesome. Cabana was nice to have with fire pit for smores. Docks were great rented a patoon and fit perfectly. House was clean and everything you need to cook meals. Have shampoo and conditioner and body wash was a nice thing. We will definitely be back. Communication was great with owners. Answered all my questions.

"This home was amazing! It was like renting 3 homes at once! The main house was beautiful, from the decorations to the furniture! The kids loved the bunkhouse, and with rain on our 2nd day, we were grateful for all the fun games (video and board games). The boat house was a great place for relaxing and drinking coffee in the morning. Even with our large group we never felt cramped. Everything was very well thought out and had all the amenities you could ask for. Booking was easy and the manager did a great job communicating. The whole family is already asking when we can go back!

"Loved this property. Very well laid out. Great for a big group. The bunkhouse is perfect for teenagers/kids. The house was well equipped and the management company checked on us to see if we needed anything. The main house bathrooms had plenty of storage and the master bedroom closet was huge. The boat slips were a must and the boat house was a fun extra. The upper deck (with the rocking chairs) was great in the mornings to enjoy coffee and stare at the lake. The lower deck (with the hot tub) was nice for late nighters wanting to hang out. No issues with check in or out. Super easy transition. Great experience.

""This was our first time visiting Ozark Lake and to simply say it was home away from home is an understatement. The entire process from booking the sentimental home to the checking out was extremely easy and straight forward. Our host responded to our requests in less than 5 minutes and everything portrayed on the website was as described. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or family reunion vacation the intimate details in home decor exceeded our comfort level. There was a surplus of high quality towels and blankets, as well as comfortable beds and pillows to sleep in. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessities including Keurig, beautiful plates and mugs. The back 2 story deck was perfect to sit and admire the sunrise view while drinking my coffee. The entire home, bunk house, and boat house were completely spotless. The best part of the whole trip was the fact we were able to stay on the property and do so many activities like canoeing, fishing, relax in hot tub, watch Netflix, play with an array of board games and even have mini tournaments with the arcade games. Another hidden gem about this location is we were only a short boat ride from the famous Blue Cat Lounge (secretly wishing to see Marty Byrd). Lastly, it was such a luxury to save time prior to our arrival by taking advantage of having our host preordering our groceries. Overall such an amazing experience, I cannot think of a better way to top off my first and definitely not the last vacation at 16 Westwood Beach Drive."

"A group of 13 guys went to the Lake of the Ozarks for our 17th annual golf trip. We had stayed at a different property for many years and decided to change this year. We are so glad we did! Having the main house and the bunk house allowed us to spread out a bit. The accommodations were very clean and kept up well. We appreciated the fire pit and wood that was supplied. I expect us to return next year!
