- Off-site boat trailer parking available upon request
- Nearest boat ramp is ~10 minutes by car or 10–15 minutes by boat
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old, and it is best suited for families and groups of friends
- This property permits events, but all gatherings must remain respectful and within house rules
- All roads to the property are paved and easily accessible year-round

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.

Amazing activities are available throughout the lake area all year long. The Visitor Convention Bureau and your host offer event information for the time of your stay. "Very clean. We did have a few issues with the entry locks and smoke detectors, but the technicians got the issues handled same day. The grill wasnt heating up very well either, but that wasnt an issue for us since we could just cook inside. Overall it was a great weekend in a great house, and well worth our money. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Best of both worlds lake retreat

"We had a great stay at this home and would absolutely come back. The location is hard to beat — super close to Margaritaville, shopping, and lots of great restaurants, but tucked back in a quiet cove that feels peaceful and relaxing. It was the best of both worlds. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the deck enjoying the calm water and downtime with the amazing warm weather for this time of year. The dock was an easy walk and the swim area at the end has some good seating so we could sit while the kiddos tried to catch some fish. Inside, the layout worked really well for our group. Having two living room areas gave everyone space to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was spacious and well set up, which made meals easy. The beds were very comfortable, and we all slept well and enjoyed some lazy mornings. Garage access was also a nice bonus — convenient and helpful for unloading and storing things. Overall, this was a comfortable, well-located home.

Perfect balance of location and comfort

"We stayed here with a group of 10 and it was absolutely perfect! The location struck a great balance. Close enough to easily get around and enjoy the area, but far enough from the nightlife so we could relax without being surrounded by noise. The house was exactly as described, very comfortable, and stocked with plenty of amenities. It had everything we needed for a great stay, and we’d definitely come back!

"We had a group of friends come to the ozarks many for the first time! Lake day just purchased this house from a different person a few weeks before. Before going they had us switch to their platform and even saved us a little bit of money. For the most part our stay was great and with concerns lake days did respond quickly. One night the grill they provided caught on fire before cooking dinner. The house did not have any way to put out the fire -- thankfully the neighbors were outside and able to provide a fire extinguisher. While lake day rentals came and brought new extinguishers for neighbors/inside house and cleaned the grill, we no longer felt safe cooking on the grill/ could still see extinguisher leftovers so we had to eat out one night when not expecting to. The kitchen was a little disappointing, it was stated it was fully stocked but there was a lot of stuff you'd expect for a lake house to have not available (ex. Cutting board), also for a house to hold 20 people they only had 1 small trash can. Other than those few hiccups the house was nice, the water was deeper off the dock, and easily accessible to get to other places around the ozarks.
