- Spacious main-level living room with 65” Smart TV and lake views, plus a second living area with gaming table, board games, and addititnal seating
- Expansive lakeside deck with dining table, propane fire table, and grill, plus a lower-level patio and separate fire pit area with amazing lake views
- Ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles or vehicles and trailers (uncovered).

Step outside to a spacious deck overlooking the lake, complete with dining space, comfortable seating, and a propane fire table perfect for evenings outdoors. Head down to the private dock where guests can swim, relax on the platform, or enjoy the provided paddle boards and floaties. The lower-level patio offers another spot to unwind, while the fire pit area near the water creates a great gathering space. With multiple outdoor zones, there’s room for everyone to enjoy the lake at their own pace.

Inside, Off-Duty Oasis offers two separate living areas, giving your group room to spread out and relax. The main level features a bright living room with lake views and a large Smart TV, while the lower level includes a second lounge with games and entertainment space. The bunk room adds flexibility for additional sleeping arrangements, and the home’s layout is ideal for larger groups. With a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable seating throughout, the home is set up for both meals and downtime.

Located in Gravois Mills at the 46.5MM, this home places you within reach of some of the lake’s most popular waterfront destinations. By water, explore nearby favorites like Coconuts Caribbean Beach Bar, Jolly Rogers, and Lake Burger for dining and live music. The Gravois Arm is known for boating, floating, and easy access to quieter coves as well as busier entertainment spots. By land, you’re a short drive to Laurie for grocery stores, casual dining, and local shops, with additional golf courses and lake-area attractions nearby.

Other Things to Note:
- We supply propane for the grill
- Wood is not provided for the fire pit
- The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
- Strict quiet hours are required at this property out of respect for the neighbors.
- Loud, bachelor, bachelorette, or stag/hen parties are not allowed. The property policy is to refuse certain booking for the purpose of group events including stag/bachelor and hen/ bachelorette parties. Responsible and respectful gatherings are permitted.
- This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
